The CMMC-AB is looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our organization. This person will be responsible for recruiting and retaining members, encouraging extant members to procure added membership features, advocate for members and service members.
To be successful in this role, the person should attend both physical and virtual networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining members, and to generate economic activity within the ecosystem. This person will be crucial toward securing direct feedback from members to ensure that our services continue to meet membership needs and exceed expectations.
The business development role requires the person to familiarize themself with all products and services offered by the CMMC-AB, to procure new members through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with retained marketing resources and to attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective members.
The role also includes maintaining meaningful relationships with existing members to ensure that they are retained; suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to our members.
