We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase a service or for assistance if you experience any issues with a service transaction, including access to, upload or download of required materials.
Thank you for joining the CMMC community. With regard to refunding of payments, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the goal of resolving any request, issue or concern fair and reasonably.
We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your membership applications within an appropriate timeline or a purchase was made accidentally. However, if you pay for services and fail to start or cancel a service for any reason within the thirty (30) days of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued.
As a member, you are responsible for updating your application information and completing your timely payments before the end of the term membership expires. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If your information is not updated within the grace period, program access will be suspended and may result in you having to reapply to be reinstated.
