Paul Michaels is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Monoc Securities LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in multidisciplinary security consulting for national security contractors. A recognized subject matter expert (SME) in industrial security and Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI), Paul leads clients through the complex requirements of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), with deep expertise in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule). Debbie Taylor Moore is the Founder and CEO of The Quantum Crunch, a U.S. based advisory firm serving global government and critical infrastructure organizations. The Quantum Crunch assists the C-Suite, Boards and security leaders with Enterprise Risk Management for Post Quantum Cryptographic Migration and AI. Debbie is a 25+ year information security exec, specializing in securing emerging tech. She is a former IBM Vice President & Senior Partner for Consulting, VP of Federal for both NetSec/Verizon Business, and SecureInfo/Kratos Defense.
Debbie was also the founder of two global cybersecurity accelerators, Cyber Zephyr and Energy Cyber Partners. Since 2003, in her various roles, Debbie has led implementations of over 33 security programs and solutions across 24 federal departments and agencies. Including the public-private sector collaboration on the NIST/DHS CSF (Cybersecurity Framework)1.0, and the launches of both CDM (Continuous Diagnostic Mitigation), and the FedRAMP C3PAO program. Debbie serves as Vice Chair of the Cyber AB Board and also serves on the Consumer Technology Association's (owners of the CES Show) Executive Board. She is a member of InfraGard, the PKI Consortium and National Cryptologic Foundation, among other advisory boards and councils.
She has testified before the 118th Congress and advised the F100 at the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI. Debbie began her career in strategic business and technical roles at Exxon Mobil, Abbott Labs and Microsoft. She is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria Illinois, where was she began early board leadership, as the Chairman of the Student Arbitration, and student member of the Academic Review Board. She is featured as one of a dozen "Security Pioneers" in Former Gartner VP, Richard Stiennon's popular "Security Yearbook" series. She has been a featured speaker at RSA, Voice of America, CEO Summit, NANOG, InfoSec Europe, many podcasts & others.

Wayne Boline is a senior cybersecurity and governance leader with more than four decades of experience spanning the U.S. Department of Defense and the aerospace and defense industry. He began his career with nearly 23 years of service in the United States Air Force, holding both enlisted and officer roles across Electronic Warfare, Telecommunications, Computer Crime Investigations, and Communications–Computer Systems.
Wayne joined Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona, in 2003 as Network Manager, overseeing classified and unclassified network and voice infrastructures supporting more than 10,000 employees. In 2006, he transitioned to Raytheon’s Corporate IT Security organization in Texas, where he held key positions in Cybersecurity Incident Response and Cybersecurity Information Sharing and Collaboration.
He later served as Senior Manager within Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS), leading the Global Cyber Compliance Services (GCCS) team. Following the formation of Raytheon Technologies (RTX) in 2020, he assumed leadership of the Enterprise Compliance group. In 2021, Wayne was appointed to lead Strategic Relationships within the Cyber Policy and Compliance organization and was subsequently promoted to Director of Strategic Cyber Partnerships, reporting directly to the RTX Chief Information Security Officer. He currently serves as a Director within the RTX Corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization.
Wayne has also contributed extensively to industry collaboration efforts. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Defense Security Information Exchange (DSIE)—later the National Defense ISAC (ND-ISAC)—from 2011 to 2016 and continued as a board member for an additional six years, concluding his service in December 2023.
He holds the CISSP, ISSMP, and CCSP certifications, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Network Security from Capitol Technology University. Wayne is also a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE), credentialed by the Digital Directors Network (DDN).
Clifton H. Poole is the Founder of Impi Cyber Solutions, LLC, a cybersecurity advisory firm supporting boards and executive leadership with governance, risk oversight, and cyber resilience. A two-time Chief Information Security Officer, author, and community leader, he brings deep experience advising organizations on enterprise security strategy, privacy, and regulatory risk in highly regulated environments.
Previously, Mr. Poole served as Director of Security and Privacy Officer at Unison Software, Inc., where he led enterprise IT security, privacy, and industrial security programs. His earlier career includes senior cybersecurity leadership roles at Accenture Federal Services and Raytheon Technologies, where he supported the intelligence community and the U.S. Department of Defense, participated in the Department of Homeland Security Public/Private Partnership, and contributed to federal cybersecurity legislation during the Obama Administration.
Mr. Poole honorably served 21 years as a United States Army officer, including service in U.S. Army Special Operations with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). He holds advanced degrees from Northwestern University, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and Nova Southeastern University, and maintains professional certifications with ISC² and ISACA.
Jeff Dalton is President and CEO of Broadsword and Chief Evangelist with AgileCxO.org. He is a Certified CMMI Lead Appraiser and AgileCxO Lead Assessor, and author of Great Big Agile: An OS for Agile Leaders. He is the principal author of the CMMI Institute’s “Guide to Scrum and CMMI: Improving Agile Performance with CMMI” and was the first, third, and fourth Chairman of the CMMI Institute Partner Advisory Board, where he led the group through their transitionary period from the Software Engineering Institute, where he was Vice Chairman and later Chairman of their Partner Advisory Board. Dalton has a background in technology leadership, and has served as Director and VP or Product Development and Quality with multiple companies, and was a Senior Manager and Chief Technology Executive at Ernst and Young, LLP. Jeff is an active jazz bassist who builds experimental aircraft, and lives with his wife of 25 years in Marathon, FL.
Mr. Chao is the Operating Executive leading the Enterprise Applications Services and Solutions segment for Rockbridge Growth Equity, a middle market Private Equity firm focused on technology-enabled services. Previously, he led the growth and development efforts for conversational AI platform, Amelia.ai, and has held senior management positions at Unisys, IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Accenture in a variety of emerging technology development and strategy roles. Mr. Chao began his career as a financial analyst with Smith Barney Shearson and has extensive experience in business strategy, management consulting, and technology services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from the State University of New York, Buffalo. Mr. Chao has attained Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
Katherine Hennessey brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and national security. As Head of U.S. Government Strategy at Everpure (formerly Pure Storage), she helps federal, state, and local agencies modernize with a unified data and storage platform built to store, manage, and protect data across on-premises, cloud, and hosted environments—supporting mission readiness, resilience, and AI-driven innovation.
Previously, Katherine served as Head of Government Services at NightDragon, where she led public sector strategy for a portfolio of cybersecurity and defense technology companies, helping bring cutting-edge technologies to government operators in the U.S. federal, state, local, and allied markets.
Earlier in her career, Katherine led government affairs for CrowdStrike and Forescout Technologies, founded and ran her own government relations consulting firm, taught at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, and served as Subcommittee Staff Director on the United States Senate Committee on Appropriations.
A recognized voice on cybersecurity, emerging technology, and national security issues, Katherine has appeared in or been quoted by Bloomberg, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, among other major media outlets. She serves on the Board of Directors of Cyber AB, on the Advisory Board of the Technology Advancement Center, and as a Senior Fellow at the McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security at Auburn University.
Michele Iversen is a Principal and Head of Geopolitical & Regulatory Risk at the Chertoff Group. Ms. Iversen is a cybersecurity and information communication technology supply chain expert. She supports clients on geopolitical and supply chain risk management to include Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence engagements. Ms. Iversen serves as a board member of the CyberAB, the official accreditation body for the Department of Defense's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program.
Prior to joining the Chertoff Group, Ms. Iversen served as Director of Risk Assessment and Operational Integration at the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) where she specialized in cyber risk and vulnerability assessments, security engineering, 5G/Next G cybersecurity, Information Communications Technology Supply Chain Risk Management, and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
Ms. Iversen has also held senior IT and Cybersecurity positions in the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Federal civilian sector. Ms. Iversen served with the Central Intelligence Agency's Cybersecurity Division and served as the Chief of System Security Engineering at the National Security Agency.
Ms. Iversen served as the CIO for the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB) from 2015 to 2017 where she was responsible for the Agency's classified and unclassified technology systems and for providing technical expertise for the Board's oversight and advisory functions. Ms. Iversen is also a retired Army Signal Corps officer who helped establish the first official DOD cyber unit, led a Security Operations Center in Southwest Asia, and retired out of US Cyber Command.
Sounil Yu is the author and creator of the Cyber Defense Matrix and the DIE Triad, which are reshaping approaches to cybersecurity. He's a Board Member of the CMMC Cyber Accreditation Body; senior fellow at GMU Scalia Law School's National Security Institute; guest lecturer at Carnegie Mellon; and advisor to many startups. Sounil is the co-founder and Chief AI Safety Officer at Knostic and previously served as the CISO at JupiterOne, CISO-in-Residence at YL Ventures, and Chief Security Scientist at Bank of America. Before BofA, he helped improve information security at several Fortune 100 companies and Federal Government agencies. Sounil has over 20 granted patents and was recognized as one of the most influential people in security by Security Magazine and Influencer of the Year by SC Awards. He is a recipient of the SANS Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the Cybersecurity Hall of Fame. He has an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
Beth Leonard is the COO for a cloud-first managed services provider, where she oversees delivering modern IT, Cybersecurity, and compliance solutions. An award winning speaker, she is frequently invited to local and international industry events to present on compliance, governance, quality, and customer satisfaction, drawing on best practices from NIST, CMMC, ISO, CMMI, and ITIL. She is also a dedicated Neuroendocrine (NET) Cancer patient advocate, contributing patient perspective input to clinical study design with the International Neuroendocrine Cancer Alliance (INCA) and participating in educational programming with the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in IT and Information Security across government contracting and commercial sectors, Ms. Leonard is recognized for her deep expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement. She holds numerous credentials, including ITIL Expert (Trainer and Proctor), ISO Lead Auditor (9001, 19011, 20000 1, 27001), A2LA accredited ISO/IEC 17020 assessor, Black Belt Six Sigma, PMP, and Facility Security Officer certification. Her background spans ISO standards, CMMI DEV, CMMI SVC, HIPAA, PCI, SOC, FedRAMP, and NIST SP 800 171/800 53 security controls, as well as privacy frameworks.
Ms. Leonard has led the implementation and maintenance of customer satisfaction programs, Six Sigma based metrics programs, and enterprise level quality and process initiatives grounded in ISO, ITIL, PMBOK, SOC, and CMMI. She has supported successful CMMI appraisals at Maturity Levels 3 and 5 and guided numerous ITIL, SOC, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO certification efforts, including integrated management systems for quality (ISO 9001), service (ISO 20000), and information security (ISO 27001).
Mr. Travis is the first chief executive officer of The Cyber AB and assumed this role in April 2021. In this capacity, he oversees all CMMC accreditation and CMMC Ecosystem operations of the organization in support of the Department of Defense.
Previously, Travis served as the first deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the nation’s leading civilian cybersecurity agency. There he oversaw the day-to-day operations of then the $2+ billion, 2000+ employee organization across the full range of its mission in cybersecurity, infrastructure protections, and emergency communications. Prior to this position, he was the deputy undersecretary for national protection (NPPD) within the Department of Homeland Security. For his contributions to the DHS mission, he was awarded the Department’s Outstanding Service Medal in 2020.
Before entering government service in 2018, Travis served as vice president of homeland security for Cadmus, a security, energy, and environmental professional services firm. He joined Cadmus when the security consultancy he co-founded, Obsidian Analysis, Inc., was acquired by Cadmus in 2016.
A former naval officer, Travis served as an engineering auxiliaries officer aboard the guided-missile frigate U.S.S. CARR (FFG 52). He then served a tour as White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy and was also a White House Military Aide. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University.
Mr. Travis serves as a trustee of the CNA Corporation, the parent organization of the Center for Naval Analyses, a federally funded research and development corporation (FFRDC). He has appeared on both CNN and MSNBC offering cybersecurity and homeland security perspectives.
